You can start account deletion directly in the CareAnchor app by going to Settings → Delete Account. Choose Delete Account and follow the prompts to complete deletion on the secure deletion page. Important: Deleting your CareAnchor account does not cancel any App Store subscription you may have. If you subscribed through Apple, you must cancel your subscription separately in your Apple subscription settings.

When you delete your account, you lose access to your CareAnchor profile and any care circles tied to that account. Your account data is deleted in accordance with our data-handling rules. Some records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
